Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Orbit Voyager Pass subscriptions work as follows:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing period (monthly or yearly)
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings
  • Canceling stops future renewals — you will not be charged again after the current period ends
  • After canceling, paid access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Canceling does not automatically refund the current billing period

One-Time Purchases (Nova Cores)

Nova Core bundles are one-time digital purchases. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase:

  • One-time digital purchases are generally final once delivered
  • Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds may be denied if the digital currency or item has already been used or applied to your account

Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us right away at support@keeporbit.app and include your payment receipt or invoice ID so we can investigate quickly.

How to Cancel

To cancel your Voyager Pass subscription:

  1. Open the shop page
  2. Open the customer billing portal
  3. Cancel your subscription from the portal
