Terms of Service

By accessing or using Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Continued use of Orbit after any updates to these terms means you accept the revised terms.

Orbit is a gamified productivity app that helps users organize tasks, projects, and habits through XP, rewards, and a space-themed experience. Orbit is designed to make task completion feel more rewarding and motivating. It is not a medical, therapy, clinical, or wellness product.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@keeporbit.app.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attack the Orbit service or its infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use Orbit for any illegal activity
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Misuse AI features or attempt to generate harmful content through them

Orbit offers paid plans and in-app purchases. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Prices are shown before checkout
• Subscription billing renews automatically on the selected billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time; access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period

Web purchases are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings.

iOS in-app purchasesare processed by Apple. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store must be managed or canceled through your Apple ID settings (> Subscriptions). Orbit has no ability to issue refunds for Apple IAP transactions; refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Free accounts may be limited in how many projects and habits can be created, and in monthly AI project-generation usage; these limits are shown in the app and may change over time. Voyager removes the project and habit creation limits and increases the AI allowance. Mission creation has no limit on any plan. Reducing a limit never deletes, hides, or restricts access to content you already created — you can always view, edit, complete, and delete your existing missions, projects, and habits.

AI-generated suggestions in Orbit are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it.

Orbit does not guarantee that users will complete tasks, improve productivity, build habits, or achieve any specific personal or professional outcome. Orbit turns daily tasks into visible game progress, and try to make completing task or keeping good habit as rewarding as possible.

Orbit is available on the Apple App Store. By downloading and using the iOS app, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Apple is not a party to these Terms of Service and is not responsible for Orbit or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or refunds for Orbit. If the iOS app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable. Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in ways that harm the service or other users.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Orbit after updates means you accept the revised terms.
